Is not honest, nasty office workers
I went to Dr. Sussman because I have a dental discount plan. He was one of the Drs. in the plan. He moved his office. When he did he told us that he no longer took our plan but he would honor it because we had it when we first went to him. HE DID NOT HONOR THE PLAN!!!! I had one X-ray taken. They said that specific X-ray was not covered and they charged me $450.00 for it. I went home and looked at the plan and the x-ray was supposed to be $250. I called and a very nasty person answered the phone and gave me a hard time. I asked for my x-rays and was told that they needed to speak to Dr. Sussman. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. I called a few times and was told by the nasty woman that he had not gotten back to them. I said I it was odd that in that time frame that the Dr. didn't get back to them. The desk staff is extremely nasty. They are the gateway to his office. If the gateway is that bad the appointment will be torture. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!

Beware of the "free consultation"!
I went to the Center for Cosmetic Dentistry for a free consultation. They said they were going to take an x-ray, which I figured was part of the free consultation, but it was not. I received a bill for the x-ray. And, although I complained that the consultation was supposed to be free, I was threatened with Collections for the x-ray bill. I also did not find Dr. Sussman to be personable, during the visit.

Dr. Sussman and his staff are the best. Friendly and knowledgeable... the best group of dental professionals I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Thanks to them I am no longer embarrassed to open my mouth and smile. I had badly chipped front teeth that now look great thanks to the crowns I got from Dr. Sussman, and he made it as painless as possible. Since then I've gotten all my dental work done there, from cleanings to extraction of wisdom teeth. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sussman and his staff were excellent in taking care of my needs. I had 4 dental implants and cosmetic work done. Everything looks beautiful. He was very gentile. I highly recommend him.
