All of my experiences with Dr. Barnard and his staff have been pleasant. Wait times don't exist here. It runs like a well oiled machine. I have also always been on time to my appointments, so I think that might help. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. They make it pleasant for the patient. I look forward to my appointments which seems like an odd thing to say. Super gentle, super friendly, super efficient. Same staff since I and my wife have been patients. That says a lot.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barnard since 2014. The staff has always been incredibly professional, kind and accommodating. I suffer from anxiety, and their amazing team goes the extra step of being so patient and making me feel calm and comfortable. Plus, Dr. Barnard has a fun personality and good sense of humor. I love that he is a knowledgable professional who sincerely cares about his patients, with the added bonus of making me laugh and smile every visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

My experience with this office left me shocked. The level of customer service and the treatment I received was atrocious. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to STEER CLEAR of this office. Find a more compassionate + professional alternative! I have a medical condition that requires special accommodations for dental procedures. When I initially approached the office, I made it clear I needed these accommodations to receive proper dental care. Instead of showing understanding and empathy, office staff treated me as an inconvenience. They denied providing the necessary accommodations without offering any reasonable explanation or alternatives. Feeling frustrated and desperate for care, I had to fight just to receive the basic dental services I needed. When they did begrudgingly agree to accommodate my needs, their attitude was far from accommodating. I was met with condescending remarks, told that they were "allowing me" to receive care. As if it were a privilege bestowed on me.

Dr. Bernard has a fine tuned practice here in Stuart. His staff are all so sweet, professional and caring. Michelle at the front desk is very welcoming and kind. Lynn, Dr. Bernard's assistant is so kind, professional and sweet. She even held my hand when I was nervous. She genuinely calmed my nerves and it made a huge difference. Dr. Bernard himself is extremely efficient and does not poke and prod unnecessarily. He is quick and efficient. My cleanings are always on time, quick and thorough. I have been to several dentists in my life and he is BY FAR the best I have ever been to, BY FAR. Thank you all at Perfect Smile Dental for everything you do. You are the epitome of professionalism and it shows in every single thing you do. Forget five stars, Ten Stars for you!

I was referred to Dr. Barnard. I had an excellent experience. Was treated by everyone in the office in a very professional and caring manner. Just moved to Florida and found the dentist I like. I would very highly recommend Dr. Barnard. The office staff needs a special shout out. They are wonderful and caring people.

Not very friendly and wired tension all around. On my second cleaning I was suggested to come in 3 months instead of 6 months as always bc I have braces. I asked if the insurance will cover. I was told by the office that they called and the insurance will cover, at check out I was told I'm all set and a few days later I have received an invoice with the charge of the cleaning. They have 100% lied to me that this cost will be covered. Unethical and not trustworthy. Never again.

First time I have been to a dentist who didn't want to change out all my old fillings. He has the same philosophy as I - if it isn't broke don't touch it. Very grateful for that perspective. I felt he was more concerned with my well being than with his wallet. Thank you Dr. Barnard, Jr.
