No issues. He has always displayed patience and courtesy to me. I've been a patient since 1998.

Horrible service from Dr.Pomazon. He was very rude on mutiple occasions. I had been a patient for years there seeing other dentists. However every time I made an appointment he was there. They use outdated wrist blood pressure cuffs that look like watches and never get calibrated. My blood pressure is checked every morning and usually runs 120/74. However he insisted on taking my blood pressure before getting a dental cleaning. He claimed that it's high when it never is . I have regular check ups with my primary. He refused me 5 times and I missed 5 cleanings until I went to a different practice. My current dentist suggested I report the practice specifically Dr. Pomazon to the GA Board of Denistry.

First time meeting this dentist and talked down to me like I was stupid. He was very condescending. After I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time for him just to look at my teeth and then be a smart a when he asked if I floss and I said yes I try to. Wouldn’t recommend using him at all!!!

My experience was horrible, he was very condescending, talked to me like I was a piece of trash , he has no empathy and says improper cruel things, I hobbled in the office , I can barely walk because I have lupus and he treated me like dirt , I was in tears , he wanted to get rid of me so he gave me a referral with just a last name no address or anything .

Peter Pomazon was unprofessional and demonstrated no empathy to the CONSISTENT pain, I told him I was in FOR TWO WEEKS after HE operated on my mouth TWO separate times! In the 10 plus years that I've went to Dent 1st at several different locations I have never received such awful treatment I had an infection and I was crying to Pomazon, Fran (dental hygienist) and Tanya/Tana (Front desk receptionist) and nobody offered to prescribe antibiotics nor pain medication until TWO weeks and TWO separate dental surgeries later.) I will never go to the Kennesaw location again! Pomazo pulled out a tooth that he described verbatemly as "HAVING A HUGE ABSCESS). Your not suppose to pull a tooth with an abscess until you prescribe antibiotics and the inflammation goes down. So when I go to him for THIRD time crying that I'm in pain.... It only just occured to him to ask if I was taking the antibiotics.... That he never prescribed me.... Then he acts as if my pain is an inconvenience

I love Dr. Pomazon . Best dentist I've ever seen. Four years ago my mouth was a mess after some horrible dentistry from another dentist (not a DentFirst dentist) and he worked wonders on fixing the mess I was in and for that I'm forever grateful. Would not use another dentist now. Just a FYI. The staff is wonderful also.
