Great doctor, Great office
Dr. Shelley and his staff, Lisa and Paula, are amazing. They are caring, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Shelley resolved very complex problems for both my husband and I, saving us a lot of discomfort and funds. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I wish all doctors were like Dr. Shelley.

A - Maze - Ing!!! A few times in life you meet people who will make a true difference in our world. Dr Shelley along with his 'crew' are some of those people. I am better for meeting and knowing all of them at Elm. I am grateful for their kindness and skill.

During procedure, I would have appreciated more step-by-step explanation of what he was doing. I think it is very unprofessional of him and the assistant to be carrying on side conversation while working on me. I'm not unconscious, just immobilized. Makes me feel like they're not paying attention to the task.

This is my first Root Canal and I was very scared and nervous for today's service but Dr.Shelley, Paula and the front desk staff made my experience nothing but amazing. They were all so friendly, understanding, and did such great job with calming my nerves. Thank you to all the staff for making my nervous come down and for taking such good care of me without any pain.
