DR. RUCKMAN & STAFF DID A GREAT JOB WITH TOOTH EXTRACTION OF 4 WISDOM TEETH - THEY HAVE GOOD LISTENING SKILLS & KINDNESS!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !! THE OFFICE IS A PLEASANT ATMOSPHEPHERE. ?????????? 5 STARS !!!

Dr. Ruckman and staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and competent. I had a gum/tooth infection. My dentist suggested I see an Endodontist. I did make an appointment but could not be seen for over two weeks. The issue became worse. Dr. Ruckmans office staff made an appointment for the next day. Dr. Ruckman explained the issue and my options. Dr. Ruckman was very patient, and allowed plenty of time to decide what avenue I wanted to take. Dr. Ruckman made time to treat the issue that very same day. The procedure went very well, with no complications, and I feel better! I would highly recommend Dr. Ruckman and his team.

Great experience for my 17 year old son getting 2 wisdom teeth removed. Absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. Everything went as smoothly and quickly as Dr Ruckman had expected and explained to us in our consultation. Great staff. Caring and competent Dr. Highly recommend!

I was in Fort Wayne for work (I live in CT). I broke a tooth in the late afternoon. Work associates checked with their dentists and no one could get me in due to the lateness in the day. Some offered appointments the next afternoon but one recommend Ruckmann's. I called them. They made an appointment for the very next morning. They were very efficient, safe, and customer focused. All the co-workers were knowledgeable, understood that I was there for work and would be going home to have the procedure finished. Dr. Ruckmann explained every option, gave me time to think about what I wanted to do, and even gave me time to find someone to drive me home so that I could have moderate sedation. I can not recommend them any more than I do. Everyone was focused on my needs.
