Dr. Philip Calabro, DMD

I hadn't been to the dentist in well over 10 years and ended up having a Dental Emergency where I couldn't sleep. Was referred to Dr. Calabro. I called in the morning and they said they could try to get me in later in the week. Got a callback and they said come in at 11:30. Got another callback and they said can you come in now and I did. 3 years later and I've had deep cleans, fillings, regular cleaning, extractions and the whole sha-bang. Dr. Calabro and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and at ease when going through all of my issues. I have continued to refer Dr. Calabro to so many others since. Highly Highly recommended.

Worst dental experiences I've ever had and I've had some bad ones. Had to have him fix same 2 teeth 4 times and they are still not right. He said how good he did and I told him it doesn't feel right still and was dismissed. After that, I got a bad infection after the root canal because an abscess wasn't drained properly. He did not respond to my calls and I had to walk in with a very swollen face w/o an appt to get treatment. Prior to that, at a scheduled appt, after being on a wait list for 2 weeks that I was unable to be seen sooner for, to fix a tooth that he "repaired" that fell apart, I was in the chair to have this tooth taken care of for the 3rd time when he refused to fix his mistake until I paid a bill! One day he was nice, the next he had some rude remarks that I did not appreciate. His attitude depends on the day, I guess. I'm here to get some help, not to be lectured and talked down to. Very unhappy!

After being a loyal patient in good standing for over ten years, I had my first dental emergency over a month ago. I called the office on a Friday morning and asked for a call back from Dr. Calabro, so I could explain my situation and was told he was seeing patients and would get back to me. By 4pm I still hadn’t heard back from him and called again and couldn’t reach anyone. My condition worsened over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning and again I was told by his staff that he was seeing patients and would call me back. I called the office yet again after waiting all day and not hearing back from anyone and couldn’t reach anyone. I called back one last time, upset and in severe pain and spoke to the office manager that told me he would call me back and couldn’t see me until Thursday, though it was an emergency. I was able to see my mothers dentist the next day and it was a good thing I did, as I could’ve lost the tooth, I had a bad gum abscess; I will need surgery

When in need it's the place to go. Great work and I'm very happy.
