This is the second time I have walked out because the office failed to keep an appointment. I sat in the chair and was told the doctor would be in shortly. After 20 minutes with no communication from the office staff, I left. This time I will not return.

Unbelievably ripped out my hair with force on more than one visit. He denied it when I stated how displeased I was. I became very alarmed when my tooth chipped off during a procedure.
