Very professional and kind.

Everyone did their job and they were very efficient and did a beautiful job. Staff was very friendly and would highly recommend this dentist to all my friends. Also they were very punctual and everyone was treated equally. We didn’t wait more than 10 minutes.

The hygienists and the receptionists were both extremely kind and helpful, and Doctor Chien was both helpful and and patient. Would absolutely recommend.

Never had fillings before didn’t know what to expect nor did Anyone explain the procedures to me. After it was complete I asked the assistant; “anything I should or shouldn’t do? She said, the numbness should wear off in an hour, you can eat. Let me as a patience know what I may experience. No one told me that I may experience some pain in my jaw, and sort of under my tongue at the back was discomfort. Tell me all that I may experience so that I don’t think something is wrong. I googled the discomfort I was feeling. Took 2 Tylenols went to bed. I know fillings are probably a regular reoccurring procedure done daily. But, it was my first, it wasn’t pleasant. Dr. Chien is very skillful with numbing you up with needle. No pain! He’s good!

Amazing, I was in pain and needed a crown they were able to do my root canal and temporary crown the same day. The temporary was a great fit no problems while I waited the 2 weeks for my permanent crown. Had my final crown put on today and everything was terrific no pain and great fit. I would highly recommend this office. I am getting my first cleaning next and I hope my feelings continue.
