Philip Kolb should have retired years ago. He put bandaids on my teeth for 2-1/2 years & in the process ripped off Medicaid. I have since then sought the opinion of other dentist & have had all my teeth pulled. My teeth broke off at the gum line. Kolb would never talk to me about my teeth, he just kept ripping off Medicaid. My Story & based on it, make your own decision.
