I have always had wonderful experiences with Dr. McDonnell's office! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The front desk is communicative when it comes to scheduling, and Dr. McDonnell made me feel instantly comfortable when he came to look at my teeth. Highly recommend!

I felt harassed, bullied & patronized whilst getting a filling from Dr. McDonnell.
He said things like-
"I am not going to be the one that hurts you, I am not into that kind of thing"
"Are you moving just to make sure I am awake"
"Yes its really fun to try hit a moving target at 8 am"
He also launched into a tirade on how I shouldn't live my life expecting handouts, because I mentioned I had ran out of a dental product.
The receptionist is obnoxious. I felt sorry for the lovely nurse there
