Dr. Pooja Goel, DDS

Dr. Goel was very professional and did everything right for me and my wife. We have been to her a few times and our experience was that this is a well-run office. Yes, she is busy and use her time efficiently. To some this may come across as she does not have time to listen to you. We found her very pleasant and puts you at ease which is very important for a dentist. We are extremely satisfied with her.

I usually don't leave reviews, let alone "bad" ones. May be it will help others- I was in tremendous pain and when called got an immediate appointment, so got hooked to the place. one thing to another she linked everything and costed me 1000s to get some guard :( only later I learnt it can be done in 200$. Pooja is super rude. She doesn't have time to listen to you, neither to your queries nor concerns, maybe she thought I am a lil girl and can just behave arrogant. The place is over booked. Receptionist thinks she is doing a favor by talking to you. The only kind man was the one who was taking x-rays, but he looked like he was in agony too. Avoid yourself all the torture and save your money for a good cause.

I had a tooth crown that came off and I needed recementing. I also wanted cleaning. The crown that came off was originally done by another dentist. Dr Goel has done a perfect job of re-cementing that made me feel a perfect bite after many years. She took the time to clean my teeth herself so that she could get a better picture of my oral and dental status. I am extremely pleased to see that my tooth was set in very first attempt. I had gotten used to multiple trial and errors at my previous dentist I am so glad I tried Dr Goel. I am switching to her. Dental insurances don’t cover everything but having a dentist who can maintain my dental health is very important for me.

Totally money minded

I normally don’t write reviews unless I have an extraordinarily good or bad experience. In this case it was the latter - and I have to agree with other reviewers that Dr Pooja Goel is extremely money minded! She took a deposit of $ 1500 from me as a “safety” before the Insurance paid... and when my Insurance did pay - after several reminders she did pay me back but after deducting 3% as credit card fee!!! She never mentioned that before....

Visited Dr. Goel today and have to say she is very knowledgeable. She not only discussed my teeth but also other health concerns. We took xrays and then I got a good 45 minute cleaning. She then told me the fillings that she saw and took pictures of them for me so I could see them. She said whenever I was ready, I could get them taken care of. The front staff was able to help me with insurance questions as well.

She is a doctor that doesn't treat you as her patient, but her customer. All her strategies are to get more money out of you and your insurance. This is the worst experience for me and I've been getting anxieties before my appointment just knowing that I'll have to deal with her. She gives lots of sweet talks, false promises and after she takes your money? Lol she immediately becomes impatient, doesn't want to answer your questions and won't listen and claims she's "busy" all the time.

Really sad to experience how some doctors misuse the trust........BEWARE !!! She will give you lot of sweet talks, tell how hard she works, understand your insurance plan, take multiple Xrays of your teeth, and internally she will make a plan of how to utilize your funds - sell you night guard, deep cleaning, laser cleaning, take Xrays unnecessarily (she took my whole mouth Xray in Oct and again wanted to do that in Jan "to touch bases" when I went for a tooth crown fitting) and what not!! ...

Dr. Goel was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, professional and prompt. All my questions were carefully considered and answered in detail.
