Dr. Poria Rafiei, DDS

Dr. Rafiei is hands down the best dentist I have ever had! He and his team are incredibly professional and caring, attentive and undistracted. I have had a few frustrating dental experiences over the years, but I felt very taken care of here. Dr. Rafiei made sure to let me know what measures they were taking to combat COVID-19 and he still showed a wonderful bedside manner even behind a facemask. He thoroughly explained all of the work he did and made sure all of my questions were answered. During the procedure, he frequently checked in to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable or feeling any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Rafiei to anyone looking for a new dentist or anyone needing a change. He is wonderful!

Dr. provided complete explanations of necessary work, conducted process professionally, did extensive work related to removing old bridge and preparing new bridge, all in one session, with no pain--something I have never experienced in previous encounters with dentists. Only suggestion concerns administrative/financial matters. A full time administrator who could handle insurance/insurance claims and related non-dental service issues, would allow full concentration by pt. and dr. on dental work

Scheduled an appointment but left because the wait time almost hit the 90 minute mark. Was then met by a rude employee while I was leaving.

I was treated by Dr. Rafiei for two extractions and a cavity. He and his staff made me feel so at ease. I had no pain after the procedure and did not need pain medicine two days after. I would love it if all my physicians are as compassionate about patient care as Dr. Rafiei.
