Dr. Pradeep Bekal, DDS

Staff are rude and can't keep appointments. No follow up care. Regularly practices patient abandonment and will leave your teeth in worse shape.

All went well. Very personal.

Poor patient care. I had an abscess that needed to be addressed. Since it was the holiday weekend I went to Urgent care. I was prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Called the office on Monday to get an appt for Friday. By Wednesday I still didn't feel better, and I saw my pcp to get another rx of antibiotics. When I was able see the dentist, Dr William Lippert, he was very quick with me. He never sat down to examine my mouth. He took an xray and stated he saw an infection. I told him I had an appt later in the month to see a periodontist. He said, "well, I do not want to do anything until you see that doctor". I was frustrated that he did not even sit down to assess my mouth, oobviously I had an infection. He went off a single xray. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. I asked both him and the hygienist if he could look at my tooth. They both told me I would have to make a seperate appointment to be reevaulated. I guess the dentist thinks its okay to have an abscess

My experiences with Dr. Pradeep Bekal have been nothing but good. I’ve had lots of time over my life time in a dentist’s chair. Dr. Bekal’s skill is to be admired! He’s very competent in his treatment. Very well educated and very kind.

After my first appointment, I filed a two-page complaint with both the Ohio State Dental Board and the Ohio Dental Association. Needless to say, I did not have a positive experience. The staff were helpful and kind. But, I strongly do not recommend this dentist.
