Dr. Preston Lee, DDS

Staff was incredibly rude & unprofessional. Especially Stacy & Monica. Was not like this when I went before. Staff was whispering but I could hear every word basically complaining that I was fearful. Dr. Lee never asked what all was going on or asked any questions. I asked that he look at another tooth besides the ones I was there for but he never did. After extractions I was sent out into the waiting room & then home without cleaning even a little of the blood that was all over my mouth & face. It had dried & that's never happened being sent out after a procedure like that. I have always been given a mirror to clean myself up if staff didn't. Also I was asked to get up immediately to go check out even after lying nearly flat a couple of hours because they were ready to go home. I was told I would be checked on by staff & that never happened. I ended up going to another dentist due to complications because I am never seeing Dr. Lee again. It was one of my worst experiences.

Be careful with this dentist! Scheduled a cleaning and was charged $323.00, even though I asked for no xrays, they did them anyway and charged me and my insurer. After talking to the dentist, he said xrays are required. Wow, even when you say you just want your teeth cleaned. Do your homework before going to the dentist and find one that accepts the allowable amount from your insurer, believe me there are plenty out there.

Dr. Lee is fantastic! I have terrible dentist anxiety and over the last few months I’ve required several fillings. Dr. Lee is kind, patient, and a wonderful dentist! I highly recommend him!
