I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Farrkh's dental office, and I can't express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease.Dr. Farrkh herself is a true professional with a passion for her work. During my appointment, she took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and answer any questions I had. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, making me feel confident that I was in good hands.What impressed me the most was Dr. Farrkh's commitment to patient education. All the way from dealing with Amanda at the front desk throughout this whole process was a nightmare. Nothing less. I was treated rudely by Amanda the whole time I was in the waiting room. The doctor herself made a negative comment. When I asked her what she would do if her tooth was like mine 'my teeth would never be like this' who says that to brand new patient ? She couldn't even diagnose the problem, but proceeded to schedule me with a oral surgeon whom I've never met & wouldn't be able to meet before him doing surgery on me. This is ridiculous. I paid $200 for a special x-ray that I can't even use elsewhere. Whole other issue.office manager will not give me the phone number to the owner of this company she kept hanging up on me to the point that I was furious ! She was being rude, even the day I was sitting in the waiting room. Zero customer service skills.! do yourself a favor and skip this place!!! Its a nightmare!
