Dr. Rachel Eifert, DDS

Dr. Eifert explained everything and took her time. Very professional and caring.

I have been going to Dr. Hendricks for years without issues. In the less than Year I saw Dr. Eifert by default as she was new and I was added into her load. I had a filling done that “failed” had it redone, still pain, went back again and told I needed a crown and possibly root canal after Dr. Hendricks finally did an X-ray. The root was damage in the fillings done without X-ray. Dr. Eifert also told me I needed a laser treatment for receding gum, procedure done, did not stop any recession after I was told this was the treatment by Dr. Eifert. She has caused damage and cost extensive cost to me. She left the practice abruptly and I have my suspicions why. Please do not let this dentist work on your mouth or your children’s, I truly feel she is not competent.

I have really enjoyed all my experiences with Dr. Eifert. She is professional and extremely educated in her field. I would not go anywhere else.

This woman should not be in practice. I’ve been seen by Dr Freeman (retired and Dr Hendricks for nearly 35yrs. I was automatically put into Rachel’s care due to the fact of Dr Freeman’s retirement. She attempted a simple filling for me which caused me pain. After several visits she tells me I need a crown. More pain. Then she refers me to a specialist for a root canal. That doctor discovers the tooth cannot be saved and sent me back for extraction. Rachel then has a coworker extract my tooth. She can’t do a filling, a crown, a root canal or an extraction. What does she do?

Our family has been under Dr. Eifert’s care for the last three years. She made our kids’ first experience at the dentist a comfortable and fun experience! Dr. Eifert always takes time to answer any of our questions during our exams. We love seeing her!

I developed pain in a tooth over a weekend and called the Cadence Dental office. Dr. Eifert's personal phone number was given in the answering machine message. I called her on a Sunday and she returned my call in a matter of minutes! She suggested a remedy for the pain and worked me into her schedule the very next day. After x-raying the tooth the next day, she diagnosed the problem and prescribed an antibiotic. I couldn't have asked for a more caring, available dentist. All of the staff at Cadence Dental are very friendly, caring, and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Eifert and Cadence Dental!
