Dr. Rachel is so awesome! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and always has great tips and hacks especially for us first time parents. My little is 3 and has been going since she was about 1 and is always happy after her visits. Everyone from staff to hygienists and dentists is friendly, efficient and certified kid whisperers. They all take the time to talk with your kids and listen to them. They strike the Perfect blend of taking the type to address your needs but also getting you in and out so your little one’s patience doesn’t wear thin lol. Sometimes it’s a little fast paced in there but that’s to be expected with a pediatric dentistry. The office is so fun to walk through- lots to look at. So happy we found Dr. Rachel!

I am still blown away at how well our first appointment went. From the staff to the doctor. Every single person was kind and helpful. After seeing multiple pediatric dentists and being dismissed and just left feeling hopeless Dr. Rosen turned it completely around for us. She explained everything and came up with a wonder plan to help our daughter. I can’t give enough stars to explain how amazing this dentist is!

Dr. Rachel took her time answering all of my questions about my child's teeth and airway, all while her amazing team kept my little one engaged and happy. She was gentle and kind with both me and my child. The visit went way above and beyond what I was expecting. We are so happy to have found our child's dentist!

We are very pleased with our experience at Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry! I wasn’t sure what to expect taking my one year old to the dentist for his first-ever appointment, but they were great at making both of us feel comfortable! We had no wait and started the appointment with a tour of the practice by our dental hygienist, Melissa. Everything is designed with kids in mind, and my son was enthralled by the colorful walls and fun art that covers them. Dr. Rachel was wonderful and used her expertise to examine the mouth of a stubborn toddler who won’t let anyone else check out his chompers—without any tears, whining, or biting! Dr. Rachel and Melissa both did a fantastic job answering any questions I had and explaining what to our next steps in at-home oral care should be. At the end, my son got a rubber ducky and left with a positive first dentist experience. We scheduled our next appointment before leaving, and I’ll be happy to take him back in six months!

This is an amazing pediatric dentist office. I highly recommend, my kids love it and I’ve seen my kids dental care improve. The staff is really nice and personable.

This was my daughters first visit to the dentist. She was very nervous, but the staff (Hygenist Melissa and Dr Rachel) helped her feel comfortable . They explained everything they were doing, and let her take breaks when she felt overwhelmed. Afterwards, she said the dentist was “Awesome “

Friendly staff, very kid friendly office with fun artwork! Dr. Rosen made my 2.5 year old feel very comfortable and explained everything. My girl was already asking when she gets to go back, lol. Highly recommend!

Would recommend a different dds for your family.

From the moment we open the door, all the staff greet my child by her name. Everyone was outstandng in their service and attention skills. I was so amazed. Their facilities are super kid friendly too!

We have only been at this practice for our daughters first two dental visits, but I cannot say enough good things. Everyone is welcoming and efficient. Dr. Rachel made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained everything they were doing each step of the way to her!

Dr. Rachel is hands down the best dentist! She is patient, kind and easy to work with. She thoroughly explains her rationale and ideas for treatment. The focus of this practice is on the whole child, not just teeth. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experiences have been.

Dr. Rachel is a wonderful pediatric dentist and a part of an incredible Great Beginnings team. Both her and Dr. Laura Adelman are well worth a drive from practically anywhere in Northeast Ohio for pediatric dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen (again and again).
