Have been to this dentist for 3rd time now at the East Windsor location. Good bedside manners and doctor seems very personable and proficient. Front staff is very rude. A couple days ago when I went in for my appointment to get the last step of my tooth procedure done, their staff refused to check me in for the procedure until I pay for a small balance that insurance had not covered from my visit a month ago. I was disputing the charges as they had billed me for a root canal instead of the actual smaller procedure done for my chipped tooth. So now I have to find another dentist to complete the undone procedure for my tooth.
I am very disappointed.
