Shawty business practices
She has a website that gives you an option to SCHEDULE ONLINE ON YOUR OWN. It gives you an option to pick a day and time. You get a confirmation of your appointments. The day and time comes, nope, they don't have you in the system. And no one cares that you traveled 200 miles. No wonder she can't keep people working for her either!

Negligent care. When issues arise such as broken brackets she gives appointments Months(2) away to repair. She seems unable to retain a staff as well everytime we have an appointment she has new staff. We are currently on the second round of braces for our son because the initial round of braces resulted in the teeth all moving back when she removed them....

Does not respond to issue in a prompt manner. My sons front bracket came loose and I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived they said it would have to wait until his appointment in two weeks. Said they were too busy to fix it now. I would love to find another orthodontist but unfortunately I am stuck here! Do not recommend!!!!

We have visited several offices before we choose RS Orthodontics for braces for our two kids. We found Dr.Sebbahi to be very knowledgeable and caring and the staff are very accommodating. It has been two years now and my daughter just got her braces off and she has the best smile we can ask for. The process is easy and fun for the kids. My kids look forward to their appointments. We have several friends who go here and they are all happy and think that Dr.Sebbahi is an asset to the community.
