Awful Experience
Shame on this dentist! After my 12-year-old daughter waited 3 months for an appointment to see Ranghelli, my husband took her to his office and he determined that she had 3 cavities. At the said visit, 3 separate, subsequent appointments were made.Yesterday, Ralph Ranghelli III called my husband, informing him that he would not treat our 12-year-old daughter. His refusal is because of a poor review I wrote a year ago. Imagine that? How terrible to refuse to treat a child (12 years old) just because you are upset with the parent's review from a year ago! My daughter wanted to continue visiting his office because she had gone there since she was 7 years old. I agreed for her to visit him, or else she would not have gone to the office in the first place.
