biography

Dr Bittner has been serving the Tidewater area since he joined the US Navy in 1994. He served as Dental Officer aboard the USS WASP as well as Sewell's Point and NAS Oceana's Dental Clinics. Dr Bittner opened his own practice on Laskin Road in May of 2011.
