Dr. Randall Cislo, DMD

Over the last 20 years Dr. Cislo has provided excellent dental care to myself and family. He is professional, considerate, knowledgeable and gentle but effective. The dental hygienist is also excellent.

Dr Cislo is knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and personable. He communicates very well what he is doing. He invests in all the latest equipment to keep your teeth healthy. Maia ,the hygenist, is amazing! And Julie at the desk is friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Cislo was very nice n explained all the details precisely! My partial was broken in half, n right away he did impressions n repaired whatever I needed to do. I highly recommend Dr. Cislo. Very pleased

This was just a cleaning, today, and it was excellent. Kaylee (dental technician who was new to me) did the best job of not hurting my gums or causing bleeding that I have ever experienced. I had no cavities, today, but in the past, when during cleanings cavities were suspected, Dr. Cislo would come in, confirm the technician's assessment and promptly treat the cavity. This process is definitely superior to some Mainland dentists I have used who insisted on a second appointment to fill a minor cavity. I am not in Hawaii full time, but I try to schedule all of my dental work during the months that I am here rather than return to any of the dentists I have used in the past on the Mainland. My fillings which have been done by Dr. Cislo have so far lasted without problems.

Always offers solutions and fixes problems. Staff is wonderful and caring. Thanks to all!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Cislo and his staff. Aulani and I have been going to Dr. Cislo since he came to Waimea, over 20 years ago. I don't know how to rave about a dental office, but this is the most professional, 5-star medical office I have ever gone to. Going to Dr. Cislo is like being cared for by a family friend...a family friend who just happens to be an expert at what he does. - I think that's what drives him...providing exceptional services for every single person that comes to his office. Aulani & I highly recommend him to take care of all your dental needs.

I called Dr Sislo’s office in April in order to get a teeth cleaning, I clearly stated I wanted a teeth cleaning, unfortunately I was not able to get an appointment until August 2nd. During the appointment I am told I am not scheduled for a teeth cleaning, but am scheduled for an exam and that I will not be able to get a teeth cleaning until February. This wasted my time and cost me a lot of money as I took time off work. They were unsympathetic and would not try to get me in for a teeth cleaning at a reasonable time in the future. Dr Cislo’s assistant also tried to get me to take X’rays twice when I clearly stated that I had X-rays nine months earlier and didn’t need an X-rays, this obviously was a way for Dr Cislo to increase revenue at the patient’s expense for something that wasn’t needed. Extremely poor ethics in Dr Cislo’s practice, I would highly recommend going to another dentist! I wish I could rate 0 stars, doesn’t deserve 1 star

Dear Counselor, I feel inept as a nurse for over 4 decades and I don’t know how to proceed about an awful experience I had with Dr. Randall Cislo in Waimea… I underwent a horrific extraction with Dr. Randall Cislo. He left material in my gums and made me suffer with it in my gums for over three weeks without seeing me… when I called several times to complain about the pain and how what he had done was affecting my life his front office woman told me I had to wait until my scheduled appointment! He then had to perform surgery to remove the material that he left in my gums after the horribly painful extraction! It was a nightmare surgery with him tugging and pulling what he had left in my gum tissue. He was not capable of doing this extraction in the first place and should have referred me out to a capable and trained specialist I’ve lost sleep, had a fever, lost work. As a health professional and a patient I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. No apologies no nothing

He's a true artist. im always more than satisfied with his repairs and restorations. They are also all very accommodating to my needs as well. They got me in the very next day when I broke my tooth. I would totally recommend this dentist.
