Dr. Randall Elliott, DMD

I have taken my child to see Dr. Elliott for years. The dental hygienists & both Dr. Elliott’s are top notch! We are treated kindly & I feel our visits are informative & we know where our dental areas need to improve. :) The front office is unprofessional & rude. My child was scheduled for a procedure & when the office called to cancel & reschedule it for a later date I was upset. I expressed my frustrations for I’m a single mom & for me to take off work to prepare for this procedure is a big deal. The receptionist & surgery coordinator were not at all apologetic, they were very rude & very inconsiderate. I’ve worked in customer service for years & I’ve never spoke to someone in such a manner. They don’t have a practice manager and I can tell by the front office lack of etiquette. I’ve had several issues with the front office, but have ignored the unprofessionalism along the way! We will be treating elsewhere due to the front office’s poor customer service.
