6 appointments for a root canal to be completed and they billed my insurance for emergency appointments every time. Used an entire year of benefits for the 1 root canal. After all of that they missed a nerve and I ended up with an infection and another dentist has to go in a redo the work they took 6 appointments and thousands of dollars to do. Also must've been a bad day for them since the dentist had the hygienist in tear being very rude. She was crying while he was drilling my tooth.

In tremendous, tearful and mind-numbing cranial and dental pain, I saw Dr Randall Wise who quickly diagnosed the situation after some x-rays and meticulously performed an emergency root canal which provided immediate pain relief. While the holiday was ruined, I managed to safely return to Hong Kong. Though the follow-up could not save the tooth, I am nonetheless grateful for his professionalism and that of his staff. I would not hesitant to recommend him.
