They are too busy for every 6 month cleanings
We have been clients for 11 years. Was an amazing practice untilabout 3 years ago. They no longer can offer bi-annual cleanings and make you book every 8 months. New hygienist barely touched our teeth last cleaning, it was shocking actually.Halihan is rarely in anymore, and you get stuck with the new partners who don’t even care to know anything about you. All the past hygienists have left except one, and the receptionists are all gone as well. We are all just numbers. I no longer recommend this practice as we feel uncared for by a health care business!
