I don't have time take it or leave it it's the best you're going to get the dance I got about dentures that does not work so if not fit but never go there again

Called for pricing… have to have a consult for 150.00 to find out how much to clean 10 implants and change 10 rubber bands for snap in denture. Are you kidding me ! That is a ripoff

Called on monday this week with a bad tooth ache. Was seen at 11am and told I needed root canal. Treatment was begun and finished they next day by noon. The office, staff, clinicians and Dr. Gutierrez were all excellent! Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Gutierrez and his team. Thank you.

I made the appointment to see about a tooth that was hurting, and found a lot was wrong, so will continue with my appointment to get it corrected. It was a little bit of a shock; but I hope it will take care of all of the problems.

Continue from below TO their credit they had us sign a sheet acknowledging this, but magically they lost both our sheets when we asked to see where we signed to authorize an extra $300 in cleaning up charges. Our cleaning should have been the dental plan fee for one year for about $100 and maybe a few dollars more… After my wife brought this to the office manager’s attention she was very clear, we paid, it’s our fault and should have disputed it then. My wife asked for her to look for these papers where we authorized and that was over a week ago. Mind you this was smack in the middle of the Covid-19 with new office procedures and during the lockdown. I can again attest I will never give this practice money. They have zero concern for customer satisfaction when it comes to them getting their up charges. The only word I can summon for his practice is UNSCRUPULOUS!!!

Went to Dr Gutierrez for one crown and when I was in the chair I was handed an estimate bill for two crowns. I was there the week prior and was told I needed one in the near future and the other could wait. Don't like the fact I am in the chair when it is decided to spring another crown on me. Additionally I have always used the recommended insurance from the Dentist. His "recommended" insurance had me pay a total of $2,817. I called other dental practices and they would have done one crown for $1,000 cash and with their recommended plans it would have been even cheaper. This is my bad I should have shopped around and not TRUSTED my dentist office; there is absolutely no trust with this dentist now. Going to another practice and will never return to be a patient of Dr Gutierrez. But wait there is more…My wife called to question the teeth cleaning bill prior to the crown replacement since we weren’t given an itemized receipt for both our cleanings. Walked into office to make an appointment as a new patient and was taken right in. Everyone was nice and professional and a clean office.

Professional and courteous, Dr. Gutierrez is the best.

He is incredible, the best dentistry in town! The people there are very helpful, professional and personable!

I was pleased with my first time visit. Only saw the Dentist for brief time but the staff and Dental Assistant were very courteous and friendly. Dental Assistant took time to explain various tests, why they were necessary, what results would be shown, and how this would benefit my oral health. My family and I have relocated to Florida from TN and even though I received good service there, I was impressed with my visit to this Dental office in Plant City, FL.

I didn't feel Dr Ray was very sympathetic and even felt he was condescending at times. He also didn't give me complete reassurance in the work he was going to do, instead saying "we'll give it a try", so that's not nough confidence for me. He also seemed rushed, with his staff waiting behind me in the hallway to take him to the next appointment. The other reason I chose not to do business here was because the quote was more than double what another local dentist quoted.

Receptionists/front desk personnel are outstanding!!!! Very friendly and so personable. The hygienists that I have seen have also been very personable and attentive. Unfortunately Dr. Gutierrez isn’t very personable and doesn’t spend much time with you and examining you. It’s not enough for me to leave hut would've allreciated more attentiveness.

I would recommend Dr Ray to anyone asking. The office staff, his assistants and hygienists are all welcoming and friendly. I feel comfortable and my dental experience has always been positive. If you are a nervous patient, Dr Ray puts you at ease and takes the time to explain procedures and why they are necessary. Going to the dentist has the stigma of an unpleasant experience; not at this office.

Dr Ray is the BEST!
