Dr. Raynald Michel, DDS

Dr. Michel provides high quality dentistry. I had been a patient of Dr. Joseph Pastura for more than 15 years and continued with Dr. Michel when he took over the practice some years ago. I am happy to say, Dr. Michel has high standards and expertise and is very caring and am happy to recommend him and his excellent practice.

By far the worst experience ever the staff is so unprofessional and there communication is not good at all Crystal does not even know how to approach patients and is very disrespectful. Crystal was screaming and talking back to my father and I had to get involved because all my dad did was ask for was how much longer till the doctor sees him when he came to his appointment on time but yet the doctor will not want his time to be wasted which is unprofessional when they make you wait but they can’t wait on you. Then to top it of Crystal was catching an attitude with me because she made an appointment for me without asking if I would be available. Communication with Crystal is so annoying and unprofessional. You need to communicate with the patients before setting up an appointment. But then the doctor is telling me I’m to aggressive like you so quick to charge $55 missed appointments but where is the communication at I’m confused. Rest review on Google.

Originally came in for a cleaning, walked out with tons of knowledge on hygiene & a new great primary general dentist! Doctor Michel is a extraordinary dentist. He looks at you as more than a patient but, as family. Multiple treatment options will be presented; because he keeps in mind about your finial situation. Very important! Dr. Michel focused on my needs as an individual. I was involved in the whole process. He is by far a doctor that needs more recognition. I was not expecting so much attention to detail but, this is what you will experience in this practice. This office is such a hidden gem. So as for the staff, Crystal the office manager and Wanda the assistant are very professional and friendly. They have a good way about them, that makes you feel comfortable or at ease. The office is clean, presentable & welcoming. Can't recommend them enough!

Perfection is his signature and service is his passion. Dr. Michel and his team truly embody professionalism. Not only are they proficient at that they do, but he and his entire team do it with a genuine smile. I have had everything from regular cleanings and composite removals to veneer replacements, all done to perfection. Excellent dentist!
