Dr. Rebecca Cohen, DMD

The best! I cannot speak too highly of her and her skills. My dental experiences with her are actually a pleasure, since she takes the care and skill so it's always pain free. And it's always wonderful to see her. Imagine all that, about going to a dentist!! Very unusual but so great!

Dr Cohen is a gentle, thoughtful, meticulous professional who spent several hours getting two replacements of two very old inlays in my mouth to be "just right." She was so concerned about the fit, the shape, and the color that she never seemed to be in a hurry to finish and move on to another patient. And I thought I was a perfectionist! She could not have been more careful or thorough. I felt very lucky to have such a caring dentist !!!

Dr Cohen was fantastic and patient with me for my first but hopefully last crown. Karen the assistant was helpful and explained all the steps as we went.

I had two recent visit for purpose of getting an upper crown. Dr. Cohen and her technician, Karen ("KK") were both very professional, skilled and helpful. The procedure over two appointments went very well. They explained all steps in what was being done and were sensitive to any potential needs of comfort with the procedure. They were very well together with their shared and individual responsibilities . They were both exceptionally courteous, friendly and positive in their approach.

Dr. Cohen is a caring dentist with a ready smile and professionalism and friendliness that puts you at ease. She has done several crowns for me and I have not had a problem with any of the procedures. The results have been perfect.

I insisted that my wife switch from her previous dentist to Dr. Cohen. We agree: Dr. Cohen is terrific, a great combination of competence, compassion (which really helps in a dentist), and friendliness. I also am impressed that the practice is very current with new technologies. I've had a couple of crowns installed over a few years. "KK," Dr. Cohen's crown-making tech, is also super competent and friendly--a really fun person to talk to [so much as you can talk when getting a crown].

Patient, gentle, caring, explains beforehand, does not rush the process. A nice person. I am so glad that when my dentist [ Dr. Michael O'Brian ] retired that he brought his patients to EMA Dental: a caring and very helpful staff and personable! Those I know by name: Karen, Evelyn, Tracy, Fran, Kari!

Dr. Cohen did an amazing job on my crown. The Novocain injections were a breeze and she took great care in making sure that I was completely numb before beginning the real work. Turns out my mouth is extra sensitive and required extra injections. Each time she was extremely patient and never once made me feel rushed. She was super friendly and professional. It felt like an old friend was taking care of me.

We would and have highly recommended Dr. Cohen to those we know looking for a dentist. She is caring, takes time to explain things and does excellent work. We were just there for cleanings and I (Felicia) had a gap between 2 teeth which needed to be filled. Knowing we come from Plymouth which is 2 hours away, Dr. Cohen did the work while I was there so I didn't have to come back for another appointment. Not many dentists would have done that. Lucky to have her in your practice.

Dr. Cohen takes pride in doing her job well and I have confidence in her recommendations. All of the staff in the office are excellent and super competent. EMA is a wonderful dentist overall.

Dr. Cohen is a professional and very knowledgeable dentist. She is a very warm and friendly person. She has always been very understanding and compassionate with respect to how nervous I am about any dental procedure. The Staff at both the Northampton and East Longmeadow office is have always been professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient . I had prep for a crown today and was never in any pain. The doctor and staff are great. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen and EMA dental. I had a complex procedure that I was dreading, and honestly, I did not feel any pain at all and left with a great looking result on one of my front teeth! Both her concern and her clinical skills made the experience so positive that I wanted to share it. The practice staff and hygienists and dental assistants are all caring and I feel in good hands when I am there.

Every visit with Dr. Cohen and her staff has been completely stress-free. And I say that as a person with a history of dental phobia. She and her staff, Karen, Jennifer, and others whose names I am blanking, are consistently kind, warm and professional. Every procedure is fully explained. And the results have been excellent. I would recommend Dr. Cohen to any one who wants quality dentistry from a smart, caring dentist.

Rebecca, Karen and Kelly are always very warm and kind. They take time to explain each procedure and help me feel at ease whenever I am in their care.

I would like to take a moment to share my experiences at EMA Dental in Northampton. Dr. Cohen is awesome! She is a wonderful dentist with a caring, positive demeanor and a wonderful heart. She has helped me so many times over the years, and she makes going to the dentist as painless as possible. I would also like to thank and acknowledge Cassie, Jen, - Tracey and Fran out at the front desk. These women make a difference in that office, and are truly outstanding with patients. THANK YOU! :)

Dr. Cohen excels in both 'chairside' manner and her skill in dentistry. She is respectful, responsive, considerate, warm, and a gentle practitioner. She explains what she is doing before a procedure and as she goes along

Dr. Cohen is an extremely friendly and quite caring Dr. when discussing information with myself regarding her actions and her overall dental work she has performed on myself. She goes to great lengths to make you.me feel comfortable approaching the daunting and embarrassing (to me) dental work I needed and still need. Overall EMA should be happy to have Dr. Cohen on staff. She is a wonderful dentist and I am glad I found her.

In three years as her patient, have found Dr. Cohen into be expert, courteous, and kind.

My latest visit with Dr. Cohen was great, as usual. I've been with Dr. Cohen for a few years now since my other long time doctor retired, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is very professional, accommodating, friendly, and is meticulous in her work. I am extremely pleased having her as my doctor, and I recommend her highly!
