Dr. Rebecca Falsafi, DDS

I have been seeing Dr. Falsafi for a variety of issues. She has worked very diligently to determine a comprehensive treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Falsafi to anyone who wants personalized and professional care.

very good work, They have nice and sweet staff and my Daughters teeth are already looking great, The doctors are so considerate and mindful.

My son has the best treatment by Dr Falsafi .His smile is amazing now. He loved to go to al his appointments. Staff is very friendly. Dr Falsafi did great job on treatment. The expander allowed the tooth locked in the bone to come in and we did have to see oral surgeon.I highly recommend this office because they care for the patient :)

I am absolutely shocked by some of the other reviews and wondering if we went to the same place. This is the only place around that takes Medicaid so we went. They “take” Medicaid but Medicaid will not cover the braces. As a result the place is extremely over crowded. I’ve never waited less than an hour for my daughter to be seen. The staff are extremely rude (except the one gentleman). My daughter says everyone is nasty to her as well. Take my advice- you will end up paying anyways, give your time and money to someone nicer.

STAFF IS VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY, THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITH APPOITMENTS AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD!

IT WAS GREAT, THE DENTIST WAS REALLY NICE AND RESPECTFUL.

Staff are friendly and open to helping their patients always. I've never had a personal problem at any point when I was in treatment.

About 5 years ago I took my granddaughter to this practice. We were told dr falsified braces top and bottom for $5000.00 that would correct her wisdom (3 out of 4) and one molar that were laying down. The plan was to stand these up to the normal position. The plan failed miserably as the doctor could not affix the braces to the teeth properly as they kept breaking off. After about 1 1/2 years they gave up. We are still in the very costly process of repairing the damage caused by dr falsafi. All three wisdom and 2 molars have since been extracted. As well my granddaughter has to endure and pay for her current dentist to grind off the cement left when doctor falsify gave up and removed the braces. There was so much cement left behind it took three visits to grind it off. When we left doctor falsafi we were not only out $5000.00, my granddaughter’s teeth were much much worse than before doctor falsafi’s miserably unprofessional and ineffective failure.

Had a smooth experience with my treatment. Doctor Falsafi helped me alt throughout the the process. And the office always makes time for me to come in with short notice.

This was an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful; I felt confident that my teeth would turn out beautiful! I want to thank everyone for making this a great experience! :)

Both of my kids came to this office. Very clean office amazing staff and the doctor is great!! They have a texting system that I found to be very helpful. on the weekends and just in general. I could text them pictures and they would get me right in if need be. Best Ortho office!!!

I've been under the care of Dr. Falsafi since 2020. Her expertise and treatment is the best in the WNY area. She provides you with so much care especially with the Damon Braces system. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. if you require ortho treatment, I would come to her office!
