Dr. Rebecca Kucera II, DDS

Staff is wonderful, caring and fantastic with children. However, the doctor lacks people skills and frequently treats her employees less than human. Would not recommend by any means.

When I first scheduled my appointment for my 20 month old son, I expected the visit to go very well, but I was wrong. The front staff were very friendly, but when I went back with my son for his very first dental appointment, the dental hygienist was very rude, blunt, and completely uncompassionate. She said that my son had what is called demineralization of his teeth and she was completely incorrect. My son had white places right at the gumline on his teeth, and I thought it was plaque or tartar, and she instead told me it was the demineralization, and that his teeth were not being brushed properly and were decaying. I actually started to cry and she showed no empathy towards me. The whole experience was horrible and back where they work on the children, It was a complete and total madhouse. There were so many people and it was so impersonal and rushed. I am now looking for another dentist.

I will not take my kids back to Dr. Becca's office, the staff was very friendly and welcoming but the Dr was the complete opposite. It was my son's very first time at this dentist... He was only 3 and really scared, Dr Becca would not even let me (his mother) come back with him.... At first, but I went back anyways! She was very rude with me and rough with him... He even said ouch a few times. I told her she was being to rough, she said to me "I know what I'm doing, this is why parents are not to be back here!"

Dr. Kucera was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I wish I could say the same about the front desk.
