Dr. Tafel & Dr. Aiken are amazing dentists. They both take their time to answer any & all questions and concerns I have. I have to say the front desk staff is not the same. I came in for an appointment today and did not get acknowledged in any way. I called a total of 4 times to say I had pain in my teeth and was given a returned call after I called back a 2nd a week & half after the initial call. I received no apology from the front desk and again was treated poorly by the front desk today.
