Dr Reem does awesome work, BUT you cannot get past their office staff and their billing! They don't return calls, they submit wrong information to the insurance, the office staff is RUDE, they hang up on a patient., and their office staff turn around is ridiculous. They refuse to talk to a spouse even though permission was given NUMEROUS times. If Dr Reem started her practice over with a competent, polite staff we would follow her in a heartbeat.

One in a Million
Dr. Reem is an extremely talented periodontist with immaculate chair side manner and the utmost empathy for her patients. I had experienced major dental trauma in the past. She intuitively understood my fears and worked gently, explained every process in plain language, and never left me with any questions.
