I was seeing her today in Hyde Park office. Despite that my appointment was one of the first at 8:30am, waited for her more than 30 minutes. Then she jumped in didn't much listened to me and almost didn't look at the problem that I had. Then disappeared again for another half an hour or so. When she came back once again was very inattentive and quite uncertain what should be done with to help me with my obvious problem. So I had only one choice to leave her office and never come back.

- Staff wasn't friendly
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
- Long wait times
