Very rough around the edges. Not gentle at all. Wanting me to have more work done than needed all in the idea of billing my insurance and getting more money from me. When I called to say I would not be coming back they are harassing me with phone calls telling me it's time to come back in. WHAT PART OF I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!
