Night after service a tooth broke off next to 2 teeth he filled a cavity. Left a hole to my root. When I returned he saw it he took a cell phone picture of it and showed me a photo of the hole and sent me home without repair with an open toith hole. I had to wait months befire getting an appointment with excelsis dental office and have been ill since. Costs were over 1,300 to repair. He said he needed money and had a plan, talking excessively during my treatment. He also on my 1st appointment said have you ever had a deep cleaning and begin putting something under my gumLines. Immediately that day and on my bones began to have pain and aches throughout my body. When returning, for him to see the hole he caused filling the cavity in the adjacent tooth I told the lady Crystal I didn't want to die and she became very rude and unhelpful saying mmmmhmmm. Bad experience resulted in health issues and a root canal caused by dentist damage to tooth behind teeth he was working on. Remember when he was filling the cavities in the two teeth in front of the tooth that fell off that night, he was drilling back and forth between the teeth and not filling the cavity one at a time. He also tried to tell me I had periodontal beginning without testing for it but, I take extremely great care of my teeth and do not have a gum disease and my other insurance dentist never saw this. He did no test for periodontal just said I had it. It was not normal to feel terrified and nervous during the visit in the chair where I was shaking. Praying my health improves and nothing comes from it. I was the only patient and car besides theirs in the parking lot both visits except seeing one girl sitting in waiting room 2nd visit that left and didn't get treated..

Dr. Hector is a good dentist. He is gentle and friendly. He always makes me feel comfortable and so do all his staff. I have never had any problems with billings and scheduling. Just every once in a while, I have to wait a bit longer due to some other emergencies.

Dr Hector is kind, gentle and knows what he's about. My 9 yr old is afraid of needles and so is my 13 yr old and he was able to treat them and give them their injections before they even knew that they got it.
His work is exceptionable.

Worst pediatric dental experience ever! I brought my 2 year old in for his first dental visit. He repeatedly told my son that he was "so emotional," my response was "He's 2 years old!" "Oh, mommy is taking up for you," he says. As an "experienced dentist" he should have had a far better response for seeing a 2 year old at his very first visit to the dentist.
We were referred to a dentist by our pediatrician because my son's primary front teeth came in misshaped. Dr. Ricardo tells us my son's
