Richa Dutta, MSD

I saw Dr. Dutta for over 2 years. She is a very nice person but her office is poorly organized and unprofessional. I arrived for an appointment and my trays were not even there. Total waste of my time. I was always kept waiting. Once I sat in the chair for over 20 minutes while she tried to sell her services to a parent in the next room. The deal breaker was when her assistant created a retainer for me after Dr. Dutta left (because she messed up the first retainer) that was incorrect (had a bubble). The assistant told me the bubble would make it easier for me to remove the retainer. Total BS. Because I grind my teeth, the bubble was smashed and the retainer broke. They wanted to charge me for another retainer. I stated that it broke was it was flawed. They did make me a new retainer but discharged me from the practice because I tried to hold them to professional standards. Padonia Dental is only in for the money. Every year I have a new dentist. I am done with this practice.

Dr. Dutta works for Corporate America, not her patients!

Dr Duttta is a great Orthodontist. The Doctor runs the office in a very professional manner. She is always happy to explain to parents and children the dental procedures. I have enjoyed my experience working with Dr Dutta . She is a pleasure to talk to and a real professional.
