Charges for service not requested
This practice charges for a special rinse at end of cleaning that costs $ 135. They claim the dentist says it is mandatory and not covered by insurance; and, they will not code the service differently so it can be covered. A scam. This is like going to get your oil changed in your car and they charge you for new tires and claim it was 'mandatory.' Not fair - we have choices

Beware!
Avoid this dental place! They will add extra services to your bill that they do not perform and also "supposedly add other products to your mouth and make you whitening trays that you don't request and don't need. Then, they bill your insurance for thousand of dollars so you max it out and can't use it for the rest of the year.

My family has been going to this office for a long time.This is my second visit ,The staff is most friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Today I had a root canal- I must,say I was very anxious about it but Dr. Bauer and his assistant were most comforting. It was the least painless experience by far. He has a very gently touch .

If you have a really bad pain in any of your teeth or gums call Dr. Bauer and make an appointment with them they would be happy to have you in their office. Great place for a dental appointment.

This place is way too better then any other dental offices as such i took my grandma for Fillings, root canals, and extractions. From the time we entered to the exit they took extreme care of my gandma and made sure that she is comfortable
