Dr. Richard Beck, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Becks for over 30 years. I saw Dr. Beck in May for a routine cleaning and exam. His routine services have always been covered 100 percent with my Humana PPO plan. However my EOB from Humana only covered $33.60 of my $159.00 total bill. I after calling Humana I was told he is not in Network. I called Dr. Becks office and was told that the bill would be resubmitted to Humana and it was a mistake by Humana and he is still in network. I actually went to the dental office after receiving I bill for $125.40 which was over 60 days past due. i asked the receptionist to speak to the office manager and was told she was not available to speak with me. I said fine I will wait until she becomes available and took a seat in the waiting room. Somehow the manager appeared just as I sat down. It went downhill from there. The office manager was rude, uncaring, and insulting to me. I called Humana and was told that he was not in contract since Feb. 18th.
