Dr. Richard Bohme, DDS

Extractions were very painful and denture service awful. Inaccurate information was given regarding charges.

I had been going to Dr. Bohme for at least 15 plus years. Recently, the staff he has now is not the same. I have decided, it is time for a change. The office staff canceled an appointment without notifying a family member because you could not verify the insurance. You say you called the patient but I know that was not the case. When the patient called to give you the insurance you said, it wasn't any good and that was not true. You claimed they missed an appointment that they knew nothing about. No one should have to jump through hoops to get service. If this is the type of service that you give them, then I know things are not the same. It is not Dr. Bohme, but his office staff.

Skilled dentists and outstanding staff

Siebenthaler Dental charged me $1438 for upper denture, also charged my insurance for immediate lower partial. Neither of them fit whatsoever. They refused to fix or refund. I was forced to go else where and paid an additional $700.

I enjoy working with him. He explains everything to me regarding my dental needs in a manner that I can understand. I appreciate his concern after I've had a major procedure. He actually calls me to ask how I'm feeling.
