Dr. Richard Bucher, DMD

I was not happy with my current dentist, so I looked into recommendations for a new one. Wasn't familiar with laser dentistry, but I was intrigued. Had a tooth with a white filling that I felt needed a repair (my regular dentist told me I needed a crown), so I thought I would make an appt with Dr. Bucher. Tooth didn't need to be numbed and I had no pain. I was amazed. Repair was quick and painless. Highly recommend giving Dr. Bucher a try.

I broke part of a tooth that had a very large, very old filling. Dr. Bucher suggested a crown to fix the problem and restore the tooth. In the process of drilling out the remaining filling and shaping the tooth to accept a crown, we discovered that my tooth had an extra nerve that “only 4% of the population has,” and which could not be sufficiently deadened with typical anesthetic. The workaround was to do an onlay instead of a full crown. The entire process, including making and fitting the onlay, took less than two hours, much of it waiting in a comfortable chair for his state-of-the-art equipment to carve the perfect fitting onlay from a solid block of porcelain based on the computer measurements and specs. Great technology, and a talented and empathetic Dentist to make it all work. Thank you, Dr. Bucher! I recommend him for all your dental needs, both routine and emergency.

I have been under Dr. Bucher’s care for over 25 years from routine checkups to more complex procedures. I find myself completely at ease, almost forgetting the reason for my visit. I highly recommend his services.

After a 1 hr drive and ctaysbi brought in DDs Richard bucher wanted to charge me $40.000 for 15 teeth which 2 were implants an the rest were crowns an a bridge and while he does crowns he also had his secretary kelly tell me he wanted me to go to his nearby buddy and root canal dds though bucher does this same work but seems wid prefer to pass me to a buddy for him to charge me another 3 grand for a root canal ..he had kelly tell me this not himself..Wow i didnt knkw that's what men do, i wont be back

Although Dr. Bucher is pricier than our prior dentist, the office is extremely modern, he uses the latest in technology, his work has been much better than we received at the prior dentist and his staff is the best. I would recommend trying him whole heartedly as we believe, he operates with the utmost integrity.
