With stern floss, floss, floss warnings ... Dr. Cain granted me a temporary repreive on 4-6 suspicious teeth due to being a whiplash sufferer. To wit I am supremely grateful. Even waiting 6 months will help financially. Not to mention the pain-overload. Tamara, my favorite hygienist, had her work cut out for her too ... due to my 2.5 year Covid-scare-pass on proper dental care. She did a beautiful job & even innovated to remove the stains with less pressure & scraping (she polished first), praise God ... undoing years of self-neglect due to a sick husband. I am moved to tears.

This has happened twice... I go to see Dr. Cain with tooth issue, tell his staff.. "DO ONLY WHAT MY INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR".... "I've been laid off due to COVID and have only a week left before loosing coverage" As before they proceed to run up a $3,000.00 bill that my insurance did not cover. Now I'm being pursued by a collection agency threatening legal action. The same agency I've replied to with this explanation as to why I WILL NOT give in to this apparent daily practice. Like I said, this isn't the first time this exact scenario has occured. The work done, I'm grateful for. I was in pain and the tooth needed attention. The work done beyond that however is the issue.... it was not covered..... and has subsequently failed :(

I recently brought a person to see Dr. Cain after his Medicaid came through. He had not been to a Dentist in a very long time. Dr. Cain not only did a great job on his dental work , but he treated him with a great deal of kindness and respect. Dr. Cain truly demonstrated what it means to follow Christian principles..great job!!!! And your staff was absolutely fantastic

Dr. Cain and his staff are amazing! They are always kind and attentive. Dr. Cain is one of the most patient people you will ever meet and the most gentle dentist ever. He has a patient for life!!!!
