I needed a filling replaced. I was very anxious because I knew it might possibly require a crown. I did NOT want another crown, so after talking with Dr. Gross, he worked with me to avoid a crown. I was so relieved! He was patient, kind, extremely good in knowing where and how to numb me as well as gently removing the old filling. The other thing I loved was that as he and his assistant would let me know what they were doing in advance of their actions so I knew what to expect. Awesome!!!
