Dr. Richard Lagerman, DDS

I am a millenial, and this office was my best dental experience. I didn't feel like an assembly line item at all. I had an urgent problem and was leaving on vacation next week - they fit me in the next day's morning! Dr. Lagerman has a lot of experience and great expertise to give you practical solutions, and does it with compassion and humanity. I was pregnant at a time and they didn't make me do an X-ray at all, they care for you very gently and are on your side. Per my request he also didn't overdose me on anaestesia like other doctors, giving just the right amount and timing it so that the non-painful part of the procedure would be last. He also was by my side the whole hour. Incredible. I am going to bring my whole family in. The best office, period.

I have been going to this clinic for many years, and when I retired to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan 12 years ago, I continued to drive over 500 miles round trip to be treated By Dr. Lagerman and his staff. The entire team is outstanding, very professional, sincerely friendly, compassionate and accommodating. The Hygienists, Terri and Dawn, and Dental Assistant, Donna, are all stellar professionals and at the top of their games. They have years of experience and have exceptional expertise in their professional areas. Dr. Rick Lagerman, is a consummate professional and the ONLY denist I would drive 500 miles for dental care even though there is a dentist 10 miles from my home. I never experience pain or discomfort by anyone at this clinic. They are careful, patient and precise. You will never regret seeking dental care from this amazing staff and once you do you will likely never want to go anywhere else ever again.

Always there when you need him. Takes the time to explain everything you need to know. The staff makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I've never had a bad experience.

You won't find a better dentist who listens and will take the time to answer questions even when he is busy. He actually takes the time to make a human connection and keeps things simple. His philosophy is to do all he can to save teeth. It feels more like seeing a family member than a dentist. All of the staff are great and have a sense of humor which makes the establishment friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend a better dentist, you will walk out and think "what a cool guy!"
