If i could rate them a zero i would. Dr Richard Lechner ripped out an ADULT molar instead of a simple baby tooth. He refused to apologize, continued to tell me i was wrong once questioned. I spent hours in the chair sobbing because he told me “you cannot feel it, i know you cant” He completely stopped giving me novocaine after i expressed I could feel every bit of it. This is most definitely not a dentist anyone should trust their child with. He certainly should not be licensed any longer. Do not let your children in this office unless they want to leave with missing teeth. I had to endure 2 separate surgeries after the fact to even consider putting an implant in, which he didnt even offer compensation. 25 years of experience and he pulls a full grown molar. Absolutely unbelievable. How he passed dental school I will never wuite understand it. he certainly does not deserve his title as a dentist.

I knew from the first day I walked into this office I was in the right place. We have always been treated with the very best care and such great concern. Both staff and Dr Lechner are wonderful!

Dr. Lechner, his team of hygienists and staff are super friendly, professional, and thorough about their work. I've been getting my cleanings and X-rays done by Rich over the last decade.

Dr. Lechner is not aware of his professional limits - stay away from his root canals. He gave me a root canal and a year later, my new dentist was alarmed at the terrible job he had done. X rays showed that he had perforated my tooth in one area, and clearly failed to drill to the bottom of my root in multiple places. Every dental professional that say my X rays could not believe the shoddy work. I had to find a specialist to attempt to redo the tooth - for several thousand dollars.

Dr. Lechner is always very professional and friendly. He checked in with me after a root canal to make sure all was well which I really appreciated. I have been his patient for at least 5 years now.
