Changed my life. It had been a few years since I went to the dentist because I moved and was concerned with finding an honest dental practice. I came in with chronic swollen gums that would get tingly and painful - I thought I must have had tons of cavities. It turned out I have always had gingivitis as long as I can remember. This office was great. The recommended changes to my home hygiene, and also set me up with several deep gum cleaning appointments. They did this without the use of harsh chemicals (I’m very sensitive). After a few appointments my gums are a healthy light pink instead of the fire engine red they had been my whole life. I wish I had found this place years ago! I travel several hours to come here and it is absolutely worth it. I look forward to investing in my future dental care with other changes they recommended long term - and I love how they communicate what is a need and what is something that would be desirable long-term. I will be coming back!

Outstanding experience, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything is personalized from the first inquiry phone call. I felt like they really cared, really wanted to know about me, any concerns and my dental goals. No pressure. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. They explained things well and were patient with any questions I had. I am SOOOOOOO glad I said Yes to try out this dentist, and look forward to (hopefully) more decades of relationship with them.

Dr Porcelli and his staff provided the best care and service for my dental needs. I had an excellent visit at a place that does everything the right way. I am very happy with the way my teeth look as I get compliments on what a great smile I have. It is all thanks to Dr Porcelli’s expertise.

Much of my health-related time is spent searching for innovative practitioners who stepped away from ancient, failed “standard practice “ approaches. If today’s introduction to Biological Center for Dentistry, is anything like the remainder of my experiences with this practice, I’ve made the right choice. Amazing! What a team! In the hands of Dr. Porcelli, I have had a complete dental reconstruction that has been transformational. I have never been in the care of a medical professional (dental or otherwise) where I've felt so important. The level of care, professionalism and attention to detail is of the highest standards! The dental work is top notch. This practice prides itself in executing the most modern and effective dental techniques and treatments. But beyond the technical profficiency you feel like you are in the hands of family!

They are caring, gentle and take the time to listen. They recommend the priorities and don't make you feel like you're under pressure to get alot of unnecessary treatment. State of the art equipment while using all natural and healthy products. They care truly about your well being and health.

Very efficient and caring. We get the job done well in spite of the fact that I hate the dentist chair.

Was there today for routine leaning. Alida is so very wonderful!! She is the best hygenist I have EVER experienced!! The whole team is, including Dr. Porcelli and the entire staff. His practice really makes going to the dentist a very different experience, especially is you have ever experienced dental anxiety, like I used to. Not anymore!!

Extra special precautions were implemented due to Covid19. Escorted in, hands sanitized, then scrubbed, then temp taken before I got in the chair. Hygienist Alida was wrapped head to toe in PPE. Great cleaning, top notch people. You may pay a bit more, but you can be assured Dr Porchelli and his staff have your total health in mind. If you aren't a patient, you should be!

The practice is a calm and peaceful environment with a very thoughtful staff. Dr. Porcelli spent a lot of time explaining in detail what could be done to help me. I was very impressed with knowledge and approach to my dental wellbeing.

My initial experience was one of excitement and eagerness. Eager to get started on the extensive plan Dr Porcelli outlines during my initial consultation. After I left the office, it has been downhill. I am rating a 2 because the tech who cleaned my teeth was excellent. Dr Porcelli was excellent. He ordered a scan that took 6 weeks to get completed because I could not get a timely response from the company who performs the work. I finally had the X-ray End of December. I have called Dr Porcelli’s office 3 times to ask about next steps. They tell me they will look into it and I have yet to receive a call back. I was really looking forward to the healthy smile he described in my care plan. While this office is beautiful, I would suggest sticking to routine cleaning. They just don’t seem to have it together for anything more than the basics.
