Dr. Simpson and the Hygienists were very friendly and accommodating. Talking to the receptionist (Tori) is very much the opposite. After reprimanding me for two appointments that were rescheduled, ONE OF WHICH WAS RESCHEDULED BY THEM, I was told how much of a problem I was. I would rather pull my teeth out at home with pliers than ever pay $6,000plus+ and have to hear that condescending woman talk to me like I’m a burden.

South Shreveport Dental is amazing. The staff is the sweetest and great with my 10 year old who is scared to death of the dentist. They are very easy to work with and always go above and beyond to accommodate us. My son had a really bad injury to his mouth last year and office staff here contacted our oral surgeon and had our appointment set up before I could even get him over there.. it was a stressful situation and they helped make it easier on me and my son. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Simpson is savvy on the newest techniques, equipment, and is best in Shreveport for cosmetic dentistry. Honest and ethical, which I cannot say about about all others. Great with kids also.
