Received a notice from DentaQuest stating that Dr. Richard Williams attempted to submit charges that aren’t covered, including $44.52 for, “Diet Advice” and “$47.32 for “Motivational Interviewing.” Really? Fir a 5 year old? When I attempted to call the office to resolve the issue, I was continuously looped with no representative actually able to help me. Definitely would not recommend this provider, and we will not be returning.
