I have been a patient, including my children, for years. The office personnel have truly deteriorated customer service abilities. You can't get an appointment for months and then when you do they cancel, leaving months before they will reschedule. Terrible experience, not once, not twice.... I hung in there since I have been a patient for so long but it is time to move to a more reliable dentist.

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. OFFICE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING IN MANNERS , AND PATIENCE. RUDE STAFF AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR SIMPLE WORK. STAFF DOES LOTS OF THE WORK IF YOU ARE WITHOUT INSURANCE AND LACKS EXCELLENCE. THE STAFF IS ALSO DISHONEST, AND THERE IS MUCH CONFUSION WHEN THEY MAKE AN APT . PRACTICE WAS SOLD YEARS AGO SO DENTIST GETS SALARY AND DOES NOT CARE AS HE USED TO.

I have been seeing Dr. Zullo for over 30 years. He's not only a great dentist, he's also a very kind and considerate person. Thanks also to all the great hygenists at his office. Everyone there is a pleasure.

I have had 3 visits and brought my daughter here as well. Each visit has been very pleasant. The entire staff are professional and friendly. Wait times have been not at all to minimal. The office and exam rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I will be recommending this practice to anyone looking for a family dentist.
