Orthodontist on staff is hardly there. Brackets are installed incorrectly and come off less than 4 hrs, I call to get Brackets reinsert and I have to wait 4 weeksThen they charge you 60 dollars each time for it. They just want money. Billing is always incorrect. They just want money

All 5 of our children go to Berry Children's Dental, We are very happy with their service and the way our children's teeth are progressively working out for them. The staff is always friendly, helpful. There was a space for a few weeks where we were unable to get them on the phone but it all worked out. MY overall is satisfactory

Do not show up to your appointment on time. They will absolutely not be ready for you. Check in online and show up 20 minutes late.

My children’s appointment was scheduled for today but was canceled when I got there because apparently my 14 and 18 year old sons can’t be accepted due to their ages. How is it possible that they were able to take my insurance and information and the date of births of my children and making me wait 3 months when I first initially made the appointment only to cancel it the day of when I arrived with my kids because they said they only take babies. or kids under 12 years old . I received the confirmation email this Tuesday morning. Unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my kids.. you don’t handle business that way .

so unorganized and unprofessional! my daughter is only 8 and the nurse asked if i wanted her to get a crown filled without any anesthesia!!!!!!! i was so in shock! then the nurse tells me to reschedule, once o rescheduled the office called me back 30 min later to ask for me to come back! i’m looking for another pediatric dentist for my daughter. i would not recommend any one to go there!

My child was scheduled for an appointment that should have taken 40 minutes. We arrived on time and were not taken back to the room until 40 minutes after the appointment time. Dr.Berry comes in the room and offers no apology for keeping us waiting. The assistant was someone I've never seen before but seemed unsure of herself whenever the doctor left the room. WE WERE THERE FOR I HOUR AND 20 MINUTES! Charges at last minute for services. Go somewhere else if you can.
