Dr. Rick Rivardo, DMD

Dr. Rivardo first helped me in an emergency three years ago where a filling had fallen out from a botched procedure by another dentist. He knows his stuff and is a great dentist, I've always felt comfortable with him and his staff. The staff is wonderful too, always kind and they try to get to know you even though you might only see them once every 6 months. I have since moved away, but I have not found anyone local that I trust as much as this practice.

***BEWARE**** Do not go to this dentist!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is the worst practice I've ever been to. I've been there a handful of times and every time felt like I was a number with dollar signs on my head. No personal touches, no bedside manner (if thats even expected of a dentist I'm not sure), always wanting to perform unnecessary procedures on myself and my kids. He actually got upset and had an attitude with my husband when he realized he had perfect teeth and

I went to see Dr. Rivardo for a consultation visit to have a lumineer repaired. Instead of him focusing on what I came to him for, he tried to sell me 4 crowns and a root canal all of which were healthy teeth that didn?t need any work what so ever which was confirmed by a good dentist that I go to. Furthermore what he quoted for a lumineer was considerably more than anyone else quoted to me. On top of everything Dr. Rivardo is arrogant and dismissive. Avoid this salesman.

Dr Rick and his staff were wonderful!. A great team from start to finish. They were helpful with insurance and very comforting during my dental procedure. Could not be happier!
